We have 2017 and a 2019 6 head Barudan embroidery machines.
This means we can help you embroider your logo to practically anything! We can stitch onto hats, polos, jackets, shirts, sweatshirts, sherpa... and more.
Embroidery Pricing
Pricing is for embroidery only. Garment pricing varies.
The chart below shows you some pricing for our embroidery services.
We can embroider up to 15 colors, and if you want to do more than 246 items, let us know and we’ll get you custom pricing.
Embroidery pricing is based on how many stitches it takes to create your image. When you request an official quote for your embroidery project, please include the image you want us to put on your item and tell us how large you’d like it to be.
A standard left chest 3.5” x 2” logo usually takes between 5,000 and 10,000 stitches. Maximum embroidery size on the front of a cap is 2.37” tall. Designs vary in stitch count. Please contact us for the most accurate pricing.
If you just need a name or word embroidered, you can save on setup by having us output it using our stock fonts.

SETUP COSTS
Logo digitizing (required for all first-time embroidery runs): $60
First stitch out included in $60 set up, additional stitch out samples +$20

NON REFUNDABLE
Reprint setup: FREE for 5 color designs and less. Designs over 6 colors- additional $25 set up (each run)
Color Change Mid-Run: 2 color changes- no charge. Color changes an only be done in dozens. Additional changes $10 per color, limited to per 12 pieces.
3D “PUFF” add $2
Metallic Thread surcharge- add $2
Custom color matching- $60
Special hooping may require additional surcharge ($10-25)
Supplier Provided Merchandise
Please provide us with a complete detailed list including styles, style color, and size breakdown. We can not be heard responsible for any supplier provided errors.
Unpacking of individually wrapped items- $.50/per
Patch application:

Customer Provided Items-
If we are not able to find the product you are looking for you can provide your pre-approved items for embroidery. There will be a $3/per item handling fee added.

Art Requirements:
Vector art is preferred in Ai., EPS., or PDF file formats. High resolution Raster Art is also acceptable in PSD., TIFF., or JPG. file formats. Dimensions must be true to size and at least 300dpi., and all type must be converted to outlines to ensure type is not replaced.
If none of these file types are available, Lotus Mountain Printing can recreate your design your design to meet these standards at an additional cost of $50/ hour; $25 minimum.
Production times typically 5-10 business days from Approved art, quote approval and deposit.
